“Following myself being asked to sort out a drive issue December (2020) (incumbent service provider had recently replaced the drive but couldn’t get the drive 100%), I immediately contacted Lee-Roy and Andrew who could not have been any more helpful. Andrew travelled from Wales to London, 2 days before Christmas and within 2 hours of his attendance on site, he had diagnosed the fault as a parameter issue and proceeded to attend to this. While on site he also checked through the other drive/processor settings. My client and myself were delighted with their work.
